The City has committed to continually improving the Integrated Development Ordinance (IDO) through an annual update process.
Planning staff submitted the 2020 Annual Update into the City's review/decision process on November 30, 2020. Council voted to adopt the update and associated amendments on Thursday, June 17, 2021.
The review/decision process had three steps:
- Step 1: Environmental Planning Commission (EPC) - COMPLETE
- Step 2: City Council's Land Use, Planning, and Zoning (LUPZ) Committee - COMPLETE
- Step 3: City Council - COMPLETE

City Council voted to approve the 2020 IDO Annual Update on Thursday, June 17th, 2021.
