The City has committed to continually improving the Integrated Development Ordinance (IDO) through an annual update process.
Planning staff submitted the 2020 Annual Update into the City's review/decision process on November 30, 2020. Council voted to adopt the update and associated amendments as O-21-60 on Thursday, June 17, 2021. The bill was published by the City Clerk on June 30 and goes into effect on Monday, August 1, 2021.
