Parking space dimensions are set by the Development Process Manual (DPM) in Chapter 23, Section 3, G.

As of 3/1/19, the DPM has the following dimensions for parking spaces:

1.   Parking space dimensions shall be 8.5 feet by 20 feet.

2.   If the premises contains more than 20 parking spaces, one fourth of the parking spaces may be 7.5 feet by 15 feet (small car).
