Is it safe to assume agreement stays with the property, so a new owner would also be bound by this? Might make it hard to sell a property if an unknown, future cost could be required.
This amendment from Councilor Brook Bassan proposes changes to IDO Subsections 14-16-1-7(B)(2)(e), 14-16-5-3(D)(1), and 14-16-5-4(H).
These amendments will be reviewed by the EPC at a hearing on October 28, 2025.
