2025 Update Proposed Legislative Zoning Conversions
Planning staff is proposing the following legislative zoning conversions as part of the 2025 IDO Update:
- Item# ZC-3: Major Transit and Item #ZC-4: Activity Centers
- Lots zoned R-1 --> R-T
- Lots zoned R-T --> MX-T
- Lots zoned R-ML --> MX-L
- Review a comparison of Zoning Conversions:
- Item #ZC-5: Police and Fire Stations
- Lots zoned NR-SU east of the Rio Grande --> MX-M
- Lots zoned zoned NR-SU west of the Rio Grande --> NR-C
