2025 Update Proposed Legislative Zoning Conversions

Planning staff is proposing the following legislative zoning conversions as part of the 2025 IDO Update:

  • Item #C-1: Premium Transit and Main Street – Lots in and within ¼ mile of PT or MS north of Central and east of the Rio Grande zoned R-A / R-1 / R-T to R-ML
  • Item# C-2: Premium Transit and Main Street – Lots in and within ¼ mile of PT or MS south of Central and west of the Rio Grande zoned R-A / R-1 / R-T to R-T
  • Item# C-3: Major Transit – Lots zoned R-A / R-1 / R-T to R-ML
  • Item #C-4: Activity Centers – Lots zoned R-1 / R-T to R-ML
  • Item #C-5: Police and Fire Stations – Lots zoned NR-SU to MX-M east of the Rio Grande or NR-C west of the Rio Grande [PENDING]
