- Staff submitted proposed changes into the City's review/decision process on October 28, 2021.
- The IDO Annual Update for 2021 was introduced at City Council on February 23, 2022 as O-22-10.
- City Council voted to approve the bill on June 6, 2022.
- Amendments other than those related to replacing the Development Review Board (DRB) will go into effect July 28, 2022.
- Amendments related to the DRB replacement will go into effect December 28, 2022.
